REFUNDS & EXCHANGES  

YeahItsChill isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. I'll cover the costs of a replacement order for you.

The customer accepts full responsibility for any additional loss or damages to other items.

The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to YeahItsChill if the address is incorrect.
